On November 4th, 2025, Dimitris Gorpas, the msGUIDE coordinator, was the invited speaker for the first session of the Webinar Series on Optical Phantoms for Fluorescence-Guided Surgery (FGS). This series is organized by OPTICA and hosted by the Tissue Imaging and Spectroscopy Technical Group.
As part of msGUIDE’s dissemination activities, the presentation focused on the design and application of standards for performance assessment and quality control of fluorescence imaging systems. The webinar addressed an audience of academic peers and potential end users, including clinicians interested in advanced techniques for surgical guidance.
